Sindre Bjerga decides to treat himself and throws a spectacular all-Sindre party to celebrate the "Jakten pa sildakongen" cassette/art object release on the mysteriously + gloriously dodgy cassette / art / trash label Datanei Records. He visits different sites, shop windows and poster boards around Oslo and parties wildly with other versions of himself. Music by Sindre Bjerga.

Vijf jaar na het in lo-fi/indie- kringen zeer gewaardeerde "Les Aumonts" [2001 Transformed Dreams/The Drowning Man] zal de Amsterdamse band Zoppo haar vierde langspeler "Don't Trust Scarred Survivors" uitbrengen. In onmiskenbare meeslepende Zoppo-stijl laat "Don't Trust Scarred Survivors" zowel de ruwe als fluwelen kant van de band in volle bloei zien.

De naam reflecteert de continue zoektocht naar het spanningsveld in lang uitgesponnen geluidsfragmenten. De muziek is voornamelijk instrumentaal en onderwerpt de luisteraar aan intense, verrassende en gewaagde composities welke de luisteraar verbaasd achter laat in een wereld waar niets is wat het lijkt. Denk aan Hood, Explosions in the Sky, Blonde Redhead.

One of few known savants in the world, Daniel is different because he can explain how he does it, unlike the Raymond Babbitt character played by Dustin Hoffman. Scientists believe he could unlock the door to autism and to memory recall in everyone.

A collaboration started in 2001 using only recordings of feedback created using a minidisc recorder as source material. Microsound, clicks 'n cuts, and noise are intertwined in rhythmic and non-rhythmic pieces, which vary from soundscapes using microscopic particles to drones and minimal techno.

DVD presentation of his work "Oreads", a sonic visual work intended to plunge the witness into a suspended intermediate state of awareness. Nearly five years in the making, "Oreads" is being presented for the first time in Amsterdam.

MATTHIJS VINCENT KOUW
Matthijs had a radio show on Amsterdam-based Radio 100 from 1999 to 2003 during which he created a kaleidoscopic mixture of contemporary electronic music. The main emphasis was on layering as many different elements as possible in order to reveal possible interactions of compositions. This will be his first dj set for an audience since his last show on Radio 100, but will continue in a similar vein.

Remembered as one of the best comedians in American history, Hicks was also one of the most outrageous, regarding himself as a self-styled outlaw with a message. Hicks used comedy to critique the institutions of government and consumer capitalism, and his metaphysical beliefs, which rejected organized religion in favor of a shared consciousness, as well as his extensive experiments with drugs of all sorts, often found their way into his act.
