Beehive is an experimental platform where your (never realized) ideas get a space. Everyone has work that is waiting to be shown. You can show your experiments to others without a commission or curator having anything to say about it. Beehive is not a group exhibition of 32 artists but an accumulation of 32 mini galleries next to each other. Your box is your gallery space, you are your own curator.

Stichting Studio301 [formed September 2002] is responsible for managing 3 multi-functional public spaces within OT301 - Studios1+2 on the ground floor and Cinema301 on the 2nd floor - with the aim of developing and maintaining a platform for [sub]cultural expression. Our main focus is on presenting a diverse, high quality programme of public events, often with an artistically experimental or politically radical content, attempting to provide a necessary and refreshing alternative to the increasingly commercialized and complacent mainstream cultural scene within Amsterdam.

de Peper is a collectively organised, non-profit project combining kulture with kitchen. Cultural happenings include poetry, cabaret, dj nights and exhibiting artists work. All ingredients and products used in the kitchen and bar are organic and vegan.

FIJNHOUT DRUKKERIJ

Non-profit printshop.

Wij zijn een ambachtelijke grafische drukkerij/werkplaats waar o.a. langdurig werklozen en wao-ers kennis kunnen maken met de diverse grafische technieken en weer sociale contacten opdoen. Na lange tijd weer samenwerken, werkritme opdoen, klantencontact, en weer informatie overdragen aan nieuwe vrijwilligers.

Met deze groep mensen bieden we vele ideele en culturele instellingen, particulieren, startende ondernemers, kunstenaars en anderen de mogelijkheid betaalbaar drukwerk te laten maken. Omdat wij werken met vrijwilligers kunnen we de klant vooral kleinere oplages tegen een redelijke prijs aanbieden.

Daarnaast zijn we er om het publiek te informeren over alle soorten drukwerk en grafische technieken. Veel mensen komen via ons voor het eerst in aanraking met drukwerk. Vaak komt men niet verder dan de copierette. We verlagen de drempel naar de "drukkerijwereld". Het is zelfs zo dat we veel samenwerken met en doorverwijzen naar diverse commerciele drukkerijen en andere grafische bedrijven.

Recycling design laboratory.

Redeemade Design was born years ago based on the idea to combine design and the educational aspect of recycling. Furthermore the research has been developed and consolidated thanks to experiences ripened in different BroedplaatsCultural centers of Amsterrdam. We are always open to any suggestion, critics and documents related to recycling.
